Program Director, Girls’ Health in Girls’ Hands
As the driving force behind a youth-led mental health movement, I transformed a community-based research project into a countywide advocacy campaign. By uniting diverse stakeholders, I secured a $2 million contract for increased mental health services, passed critical resolutions, and empowered over 700 youth to advocate for their well-being. Through strategic leadership, comprehensive project management, and strong community partnerships, I cultivated a sustainable model for youth health advocacy.
